International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals with strong English communication skills to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Whether you are an experienced sales professional, call center agent, telesales executive, or a fresher eager to learn, this position offers the opportunity to engage with international customers, explain products and services, handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close sales. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Use persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

This position offers a competitive pay range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on individual sales performance.
