International Solar Sales Specialist

Ultimate Konnect is looking for an International Sales Specialist to join a vibrant solar sales campaign for an Australian client. This full-time, on-site role is focused on closing high-value solar deals rather than generating leads. The successful candidate will engage directly with qualified Australian prospects, managing sales conversations and closing deals with an average value in the thousands of AUD. This position suits someone confident on the phone, skilled at overcoming objections, and motivated by a commission-based structure alongside a competitive base salary. The role requires working Australian business hours and is based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with Australian prospects.
- Qualify and convert warm or pre-qualified leads into closed sales.
- Professionally handle objections and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities using CRM or tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales pitches and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales, solar, or related industries.
- Fluent spoken English with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work Australian business hours (Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
- Must be based in or able to commute to the office located in Phase V, Tauheed Commercial, Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to 180,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
