We are looking for a committed Inventory and Logistics Manager currently based in Multan who is willing to relocate to Lahore. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory accuracy, manage warehouse operations, and lead a team to ensure efficient stock handling and timely order fulfillment. This role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to maintain smooth operations. To support relocation, the company offers accommodation and provides three meals daily.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management:
Manage and monitor the total SKUs, with particular focus on fast-moving items. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by conducting regular physical stock counts daily, weekly, and monthly. Prevent stock-outs and avoid overstocking of slow-moving products. Organize the warehouse layout to facilitate easy access to fast-moving inventory. Oversee stock management across all branches, including receiving stock.
Inward & Outward Operations (Logistics):
Supervise the inward process by receiving goods from suppliers, checking quality, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and ensuring safe stacking of items. Manage the outward process to guarantee accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of B2B orders. Maintain proper documentation such as delivery challans, gate passes, and system entries for all goods movement. Obtain transportation quotes and conduct cost comparisons to optimize logistics expenses.
Team Management & Development:
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and store staff, including helpers, loaders, and data entry operators. Assign daily tasks and develop team skills to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and uphold safety standards. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
Overall Store Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and stock. Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to provide timely updates on stock availability. Report daily and weekly inventory status and any operational issues to top management. Supervise and develop the logistics department and organize the display center. Perform additional tasks as assigned by top management.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must currently reside in Multan and be willing to relocate to Lahore. Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics supervision is essential. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams are required. The ability to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently is critical. Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in developing SOPs and improving operational workflows is highly desirable. Familiarity with B2B order fulfillment processes is an advantage. The company supports relocation by providing accommodation and three meals daily. A competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 70,000 to Rs 100,000 is offered. The position requires full-time, on-site work at the Lahore facility.
