Assistant Manager – Logistics

We are looking for a competent and organized Assistant Manager – Logistics to manage supply planning, shipment handling, inventory coordination, and distribution to our branches.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Order Sorting & Planning: Review, sort, and prioritize orders and plan supplies to ensure timely fulfillment.
Labeling & Stamping: Ensure compliance with product labeling, stamping, and documentation requirements.
Supplies Management: Coordinate local supplies, stock availability, and timely distribution.
Shipment Handling: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and documentation, and ensure proper placement in stores.
Branch Supplies: Prepare, pack, and dispatch stock and supplies to company branches as required.
Packing & Dispatch: Ensure proper packing, order accuracy, and timely dispatch of goods.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange company vehicles, couriers, and other transportation for deliveries and shipments.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper storage and organization.
ERP Operations: Maintain inventory and operational records in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, courier services, and branch teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stores, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
ERP Skills: Must have practical working experience with ERP systems, particularly inventory and supply chain modules.
Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
