- Prepare vouchers & daily cash counts sheet on daily basis.
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Basic Knowledge of Quick Book Accounting Software.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Quick Book.
- Prepare Reconciliation of bank statement and trail balances on weekly basis.
- Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
- Prepare monthly payroll of office/field staff.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Deposit Cash/Cheques to various bank accounts of vendors or project staff.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
