IT buisness developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented IT Business Developer with a minimum of five years of proven experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, international client acquisition, lead generation, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle and expanding the company’s client base both locally and internationally. The position is full-time and based in Islamabad, offering a competitive starting salary with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Generate leads, acquire clients, and establish long-term business relationships.
- Promote a range of IT services, including web development, software development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet sales targets and grow the client base.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work independently to achieve business growth objectives and meet revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT business development is mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients and closing business deals.
- Strong understanding of IT services and the software development industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience working with international clients, especially in markets such as the UK, USA, Australia, or other overseas regions, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and deliver measurable results.

- The role offers a starting salary of PKR 150,000 per month, with potential incentives based on performance.
