We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team in Rawalpindi on a full-time basis for a 48-month contract. This multifaceted role involves website development, digital content management, IT support, and teaching IT fundamentals to children. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the IT industry and be comfortable managing a variety of technical and educational tasks. The position requires working on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs85,000.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management: Design, develop, and maintain websites using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress. Implement custom features like forms, APIs, chatbots, and customer portals to enhance functionality. Optimize websites for speed, performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Conduct regular audits, performance checks, and establish automated backup and recovery systems to protect data integrity.

Website Security & Data Protection: Maintain strong website security by preventing malware, spam, and unauthorized access. Implement SSL certificates, firewalls, and secure hosting configurations. Keep CMS, plugins, and frameworks updated with the latest security patches. Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate with hosting providers for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy standards.

Graphic Design & Creative Assets: Create marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including banners, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations. Develop visuals aligned with organizational branding and marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design graphics for advertisements, email campaigns, and web content.

Social Media & Digital Content Management: Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube by scheduling posts and creating engaging content. Produce visuals and videos using Adobe and other editing software. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and work to increase followers. Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports. Manage content related to educational events, student achievements, and community outreach to support the organization’s mission.

IT & Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for email, hosting, and basic IT systems to internal teams. Liaise with third-party vendors for domain management, hosting, and digital agency services. Support internal IT policies including email security, password management, and data backup procedures. Assist with content updates such as blog posts and product listings.

IT Course Instruction for Children: Teach basic computer skills including keyboard and mouse use, and operating systems like Windows and MacOS. Introduce digital literacy topics such as internet safety, online research, and data protection. Deliver coding lessons using beginner-friendly platforms like Scratch, Code.org, and Tynker. Develop creative IT projects that encourage storytelling, digital art, and multimedia presentations. Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment.

Educational Learning Activities Using Technology: Organize group projects, digital art creation, and multimedia presentations to promote teamwork and creativity. Utilize educational tools such as Kahoot, Quizlet, and Google Classroom to enhance engagement. Teach children to create digital stories, record videos, and present ideas using Canva, Adobe Spark, or PowerPoint. Incorporate games and quizzes to make learning enjoyable. Develop offline activities that complement digital lessons, including brainstorming and hands-on exercises with interactive boards.

- Proven experience working in the IT industry.
- Ability to manage diverse responsibilities across technical, creative, and educational areas.
- Proficiency in website development technologies and digital content management.
- Strong knowledge of website security and data protection standards.
- Experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Competence in providing IT technical support.
- Skills in teaching IT fundamentals and digital literacy to children.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
