IT Manager

The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support. This role ensures smooth daily IT operations, maintains data security, and provides technical assistance to staff. The IT Manager will also be responsible for managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and implementing IT policies to support business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide timely technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.
- Monitor network performance and maintain reliable internet connectivity across the organization.
- Ensure IT security protocols are in place, including data backups and protection measures.
- Oversee IT-related procurement, manage equipment inventory, and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to support organizational needs.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and compliance.
- Manage the proper functioning of CCTV, access control systems, printers, and other IT-related devices.
- Train staff on basic IT systems usage and cybersecurity best practices to enhance organizational awareness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues across departments to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT activities, challenges, and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage IT challenges and support staff.
- Proven ability to manage IT teams and handle multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data backup strategies, and IT asset management practices.

Compensation:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the workplace.
