IT & Networking Associate

Vulcan Tech Pvt. Ltd., based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated IT & Networking Associate to join its dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting, contributing to the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive IT support addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and various IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, perform system backups, and oversee antivirus solutions to safeguard company data.
- Monitor network performance regularly and implement measures to maintain data security.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and networking roles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Windows operating systems.
- Proven troubleshooting skills combined with effective communication abilities to support end-users and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Possession of CCNA or other relevant networking certifications will be considered an advantage.
