Aesthetics Lab, a prominent leader in aesthetic healthcare, is committed to delivering outstanding patient care through innovation, cutting-edge technology, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across our clinics and head office. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support our expanding network of healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to provide effective technical support.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
- Configure and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IP phones.
- Assist with user account management, email setup, and system access control.
- Perform regular system backups and uphold data security protocols.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and procurement of IT equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets while adhering to service standards.
- Travel to company branches as required to provide onsite technical assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as an IT Technician or IT Support Executive.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with routers, switches, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printers.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
