Ø Receive MPR and create CV Database by using different recruitment methodologies and manage all the recruitment and selection activities.
➢ Shortlist CV’s and arrange interview with Head HR and line managers, also conduct initial interviews or written test if needed.
➢ Managing the issue of 2500 Manpower on Site.
➢ Negotiate offer letters with shortlisted candidates with the coordination of Head office and conduct their on-board orientation at the day of joining.
➢ Maintain employee files/database aligning with the employment policy.
➢ Coordinate with senior management in confirmation, promotion, and appraisal and increments activities of current employees.
➢ Liaison with govt. departments ( EOBI, PESSI, Labor Department)
➢ Liaison with Insurance Company for medical reimbursement cases / insurance cases for reimbursement & renewal of insurance cards.
➢ Deal with daily basis disciplinary/grievances and complex HR issues.
➢ Maintain the Payroll System and prepare / finalize the salary of employees at the end of month.
➢ Establishes the Final Settlement and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
➢ Coordination with regarding EOBI, Social Security, Pension file, Marriage and Death certificate.
