Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resource initiatives with our overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Manage ongoing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Address employee relations matters promptly and professionally, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and retention. This includes organizing engagement activities, conducting surveys, and implementing improvement plans based on feedback.
