Truck Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Truck Dispatchers to oversee freight operations across the United States and Canada. This role requires active coordination with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage truck routes and load schedules throughout North America, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely deliveries. Maintain continuous communication with drivers, providing clear trip instructions and real-time updates. Negotiate rates with brokers to secure high-value loads that meet company and client expectations. Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers, owner-operators, and freight partners to support smooth operations.

Track shipments meticulously and provide clients and internal teams with accurate, up-to-date information. Quickly address any unexpected issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or rescheduling needs to minimize disruption. Keep detailed records of all dispatch activities and update dispatching software with relevant load and trip details. Ensure all operations comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and internal company policies to maintain safety and legal standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in truck dispatching within the US and Canadian markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory to effectively interact with all stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure are critical for managing dynamic freight situations. Proven multitasking and problem-solving capabilities are essential to handle the demands of this role.

Proficiency in dispatching software and tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required to maintain accurate records and manage scheduling efficiently. The position requires a willingness to work full-time night shifts, accommodating the operational hours necessary for freight coordination.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs55,000.00 to Rs70,000.00. The role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where your coordination and communication skills will have a direct impact on operational success.
