Jr. App Store Optimization Expert (ASO)

We are seeking a Junior ASO (App Store Optimization) Expert who is enthusiastic about enhancing mobile app visibility and driving downloads on both the App Store and Google Play. In this role, you will focus on optimizing app listings, tracking performance metrics, and assisting the team in developing effective ASO strategies aimed at boosting organic growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement strategies to improve app store rankings.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and other metadata for iOS and Android platforms.
- Analyze competitor apps and stay informed about the latest ASO trends and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as installs, rankings, and user reviews.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to align ASO efforts with overall business goals.
- Perform A/B testing on store creatives and metadata to maximize conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports with actionable recommendations to enhance app performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in ASO or mobile app marketing.
- Familiarity with ASO and analytics tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Google Play Console, and Apple App Store Connect.
- Solid understanding of app ranking factors and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written communication skills to create compelling app descriptions and reports.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
