Junior Accounts Assistant / Data Entry Officer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to join our team at the Port Qasim factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and entering financial data accurately into our accounting software, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and maintaining organized records. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their accounting skills in a practical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and check entries in the accounting software to ensure accuracy
- Accurately enter invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payments
- Match accounting entries against supporting documents and report any discrepancies
- Maintain financial records and assist with basic reconciliations
- Perform other data entry, verification, and general office support tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or an accounting diploma such as DAE, CA Foundation, or ACCA level
- Basic understanding of accounting principles including debit/credit, journal entries, and ledgers
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and reliability
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to commute reliably or plan to relocate to Karachi, preferably near Port Qasim, Landhi, Korangi, or Gulshan-e-Hadeed
- Minimum education level: Intermediate

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates residing close to the Port Qasim area will be given preference to ensure timely and consistent attendance
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 65,000
- Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Full-time, in-person position offering hands-on experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment
