Junior AI Native Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Junior AI Native Full Stack Developer who is enthusiastic about modern software development and actively integrates AI coding tools into their daily workflow. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently build complete features spanning from backend to frontend, while continuously enhancing their technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
- Build features that cover the entire stack, from database management to user interface design.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to boost development efficiency and productivity.
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code before deployment to maintain code quality.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- Work with cloud technologies and deployment tools to manage application hosting and scaling.
- Collaborate effectively with international teams across multiple time zones, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of software engineering experience, including internships or substantial personal projects.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js (TypeScript), Python, or Go.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build full-stack features from concept to deployment.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in reviewing and refining AI-generated code to ensure quality and functionality.
- Familiarity with writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, managed databases, or serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward working with diverse, international teams.
