Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations within the assigned division to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s objectives and market demands.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and project progress for senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Demonstrated capability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and business tools.
