Junior Sales & Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales & Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi, Pakistan. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 80,000 to 100,000 PKR. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and between 2 to 3 years of experience, although candidates with up to 5 years of experience will also be considered. The position involves working closely with technical education equipment, providing hands-on support and ensuring customer satisfaction through various stages of the sales and service process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase technical education equipment to potential and existing clients.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites, ensuring all systems are fully operational.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain customer trust.
- Deliver after-sales support, addressing any concerns or service requirements following installation.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to perform on-site support and service activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, with consideration given to candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
- Practical, hands-on experience working with technical education equipment or similar technical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting demonstrations, training sessions, and customer interactions.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as part of the job requirements.
