Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision.

  • • Provide first contact support to the customers for issues in their System and suggest the solutions.
  • • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • • Visit and survey client's project site for installations and troubleshooting of different systems as and when required.
  • • Assist the Team Lead in different activities like Technical Evaluations and all related tasks.
  • • Preparation of different Reports for review of support services etc. Additional duties as assigned by management.
