Company Description
We are an Accounting and Consulting company focusing on Money Services Businesses and compliance with AML/CTF and KYC legislation. We are looking for an associate lawyer to assist the owner with MSB and PSP applications. Our jurisdiction of focus is Canada.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person, Associate Lawyer role based in Islamabad. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, writing legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients. The Associate Lawyer will also assist with the preparation of compliance materials. Additional administrative tasks will also be required.

Qualifications
A degree in Law
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong research and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Experience in drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research.
Knowledge of laws and regulations specific to the industry is a plus
Membership in a relevant Bar Association is a plus
Details
Timings: 9am to 5pm, Pakistan Standard Time.
