Electrical Supervisor/Senior Technician Electrical&Electronics

Khyber Chemicals is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Senior Technician specializing in Electrical and Electronics to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in electrical and electronic systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a detail-oriented and skilled professional who can ensure the reliability and safety of electrical equipment and electronic devices within our facility. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate will work closely with various departments to support ongoing operations and maintenance activities. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, conducting diagnostics, and performing repairs on complex electrical and electronic systems. This position demands strong technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently. The Electrical Supervisor/Senior Technician will play a critical role in maintaining optimal electrical system performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting the continuous improvement of our technical processes.
Responsibilities

Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment and techniques.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure and extend asset life.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to carry out repair and installation tasks accurately.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements relevant to electrical and electronic work.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications in detailed logs for future reference and auditing.
Stay updated on the latest electrical and electronic technologies, tools, and best practices applicable to the industry.
Test and calibrate electrical devices to maintain quality and reliability standards.
Support emergency response and troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime during equipment failures.
