Role overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for hiring of team members and engineers of Manufacturing department independently. Maintain Hiring database. Create monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition Dashboards and support TA Lead and CPO in driving new initiatives and value addition in Talent Acquisition. Handle all operational activities of assigned talent acquisition portfolio. Ensure effective onboarding of new inductions. Participate in orientation sessions.

3-5 Years of recruitment and HR Analytics experience with an organisation of repute or a recruitment company. Must have hands-on experience of manufacturing staff and engineers recruitment.

Must be comfortable working at job location in Bin Qasim. The company provides free air-conditioned transport facility and subsidized lunch. Timings are 7:30-4:30.
