We are looking for a full-time, reliable, dedicated, and remote Digital Marketing Team Lead. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Set clear goals, ensuring team members are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with partners to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure high-quality and engaging content is consistently produced across digital channels.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with leadership roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great grip on Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead generation)
- Creative Mindset
- IT knowledge or Background (Marketing of IT services, software & products) is mandatory.
Work Environment:
- Full-time remote job
- 8 hours per day from 12 PM to 9 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
