Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance via phone.
Use Cordic taxi dispatch software to facilitate the booking and tracking of taxi services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Familiarity with Cordic taxi dispatch software or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.

Shift Preferences:

We are looking for multiple hires for morning, evening, and night shifts.
