Assistant Manager – Admin

Kitchen Cuisine (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and disciplined individual for the position of Assistant Manager – Admin in Lahore, to manage day-to-day administrative operations across our Lahore locations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations.
Supervise administration, transport, maintenance, housekeeping, and support staff.
Oversee staff scheduling, leave planning, and manpower availability.
Manage company transport, vehicle maintenance, and fuel operations.
Coordinate facility maintenance, utilities, and repair activities.
Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
Prepare administrative reports and support senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Operations.
Familiar with administrative systems, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of MS Office and administrative systems.
