Responsibilities

Oversee a team of three members, providing guidance, training, and support to meet performance and service goals.
Handle data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records and client information.
Process consumer finance transactions promptly and verify related documentation for compliance and accuracy.
Analyze consumer financial data to identify opportunities for service improvement and risk mitigation.
