Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations.
Acts as a resource to management personnel in the areas of job design and organizational structures
Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Managing end to end payroll, records and relevant documentation.
- Maintaining And updating all employee records.
- Processing the final settlement of employees
- Processing of Employee Loans and Salary Advances applications.
