We are looking for an enthusiastic and solution-oriented IT Officer to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting users, and driving operational excellence through technology.
What We're Looking For:
23 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WLAN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience in Network Administration and Application Support.
Database Server Management expertise.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for technology
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, printers, and scanners.
Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software solutions.
Providing timely technical support to employees across the organization.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site.
Setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Implementing LAN/WLAN solutions and supporting new outlet IT setups.
Ensuring optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and upgrades.
Supporting business applications and database systems.
Maintaining network stability, security, and connectivity.
