- Prepare and Processing all Bank Payments along with adjustment vouchers.
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll.
- Data entry into Accounting Software as per Financials Statements.
- Preparation of monthly cash flow statement.
- Extracting and designing reports from Accounting Software as per Financials statements.
- Attach complete documentation along with payment request and obtain relevant approvals on the vouchers.
- Prepare payment and receipts vouchers on timely basis.
- Disburse travel advances and settle claim as per policy.
- Record and manage the billing invoices document.
- Deduction tax’s at Source as per Income tax Laws of Pakistan and depositing in Government Treasury.
- Prepare Withholding Tax returns and statements and online submission of WHT returns.
- Deducting and Depositing the EOBI Contribution in bank.
- Support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
- To ensure timely compliance/submission of Income Tax returns of employees.
- Prepare the bank reconciliation.
- Prepare the Debtor’s and creditor’s Scheduling.
- Prepare the Monthly / Quarterly / Annual reports as per the requirement of the Head Office.
- Ensure the effective filing of all financial record in hard and soft form.
- Ensure compliance any other task assign by Manager.
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
