Front Desk Officer / Admin Assistant will be fully responsible for:

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable
  • Greet and guide guests.
  • Keep complete track of incoming and outgoing surface mail
  • Manage all incoming & outgoing calls through company exchange telephone system
  • Monitoring and ordering of below mentioned office supplies and make sure sufficient stock at all time:
  • Stationary
  • Grocery
  • Housekeeping Items
  • Keep updated records and files as required
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Processing of Electricity, Water, courier, security guard and other necessary monthly bills
  • Responsible to handle housekeeping / janitorial team to maintain complete office in excellent condition
  • Responsible to manage / arrange guest entertainment (food etc)

Front Desk Officer / Admin Assistant will be responsible for below mentioned HR Related Tasks:

  • Processing of overtime for engineers
  • Checking of Medical Expense Claim Forms
  • Processing of Visa Invitation Letters 
  • Local Travel Management with the help / assistance of Operations Manager
  • International Travel Management and Tickets Booking with the help / assistance of Operations Manager and Travel Agent
  • Visa Processing with the help / assistance of Operations Manager
