KSM Media Hut is looking for an experienced Paid Media Buying Manager to lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid acquisition channels.
This is not a basic campaign-management or “button-pushing” role. We need someone who can take complete ownership of paid media strategy, tracking, creative testing, budget allocation, and revenue reporting.
The right candidate will know how to connect advertising spend with actual business outcomes, including qualified leads, booked appointments, sales, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
You will manage campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients across industries such as home services, automotive, healthcare, professional services, SaaS, and e-commerce.
ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies based on each client’s goals, audience, offer, sales cycle, and budget.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and relevant emerging channels.
- Build strategies for lead generation, e-commerce sales, appointment booking, demand generation, remarketing, and account-based marketing.
- Identify the right channel mix instead of applying the same strategy to every client.
- Create quarterly and monthly media plans with clear targets, forecasts, risks, and testing priorities.
Google Ads Management
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns.
- Use AI Max, Smart Bidding, broad match, audience signals, search themes, customer lists, and first-party data responsibly.
- Monitor search terms, location performance, device performance, campaign overlap, budget allocation, and lead quality.
- Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds for e-commerce accounts.
- Import offline conversions and qualified lead data so campaigns optimize toward revenue rather than form submissions alone.
Meta Ads Management
- Build and scale Meta campaigns using Advantage+ sales, lead, audience, placement, and creative capabilities.
- Create simplified campaign structures that give Meta enough conversion data without losing strategic control.
- Develop creative-led targeting strategies using customer pain points, awareness stages, offers, objections, and buying motivations.
- Manage prospecting, remarketing, retention, catalogue, lead-generation, and sales campaigns.
- Work with the tracking team to maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API accuracy.
LinkedIn and B2B Advertising
- Build LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation, demand generation, ABM, retargeting, thought leadership, and pipeline growth.
- Target decision-makers using job title, seniority, company size, industry, account lists, and professional attributes.
- Use AI-assisted creative variations and ad personalization without compromising brand voice.
- Connect LinkedIn campaign performance with CRM opportunities, pipeline value, and closed revenue.
- Evaluate campaign impact using attribution, conversion lift, and incrementally where sufficient data is available.

- Import offline events such as qualified leads, completed appointments, sales, purchases, and revenue.
- Identify tracking gaps, duplicate conversions, attribution problems, broken events, and inaccurate reporting.
- Build clear dashboards in Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.
- Compare platform-reported results with CRM, call-tracking, and sales data before making budget decisions.

- Build structured testing plans for creative hooks, offers, formats, audiences, landing pages, and calls to action.
- Provide clear briefs to copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and landing-page teams.
- Test static images, short-form videos, carousels, UGC-style ads, testimonials, demonstrations, and offer-based creative.
- Maintain a creative testing pipeline so campaigns do not depend on one winning ad.
- Track creative performance by concept, message, hook, format, audience, and funnel stage.
- Identify creative fatigue early and coordinate replacement assets before performance declines.
- Review landing pages and recommend improvements to messaging, speed, mobile experience, forms, trust signals, and conversion flow.
Budget and Performance Management
- Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple client accounts and time zones.
- Monitor daily pacing and prevent overspending, underspending, or inefficient budget fragmentation.

- Forecast expected leads, purchases, revenue, CAC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

- Work with developers to configure APIs, webhooks, data layers, custom events, form tracking, thank-you-page tracking, dynamic number insertion, and cross-domain tracking.
- Track service-business conversions such as phone calls, estimate requests, appointments, booked jobs, completed services, qualified leads, sales, and actual customer revenue.
- Import offline conversions and CRM lifecycle stages into Google, Meta, and LinkedIn so campaigns can optimize toward qualified leads and closed revenue.
- Test integrations regularly and resolve broken tags, missing events, duplicate conversions, incorrect revenue values, attribution gaps, and CRM synchronization issues.
- Verify that website forms, call tracking, appointment systems, pixels, APIs, and conversion events are working correctly before launching campaigns.
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics, or similar platforms by combining advertising, website, CRM, call, booking, and sales data.
- Compare advertising-platform results with website analytics, CRM records, call-tracking data, completed jobs, and actual revenue before making budget decisions.
- Maintain clear tracking documentation, event maps, naming conventions, access records, and integration notes for every client account.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads Management
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, remarketing, and Google Local Services Ads campaigns.
