We are the Layers Logic IT providing IT services to our clients around the globe.
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for:
- to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and security tools.
- Having experience in Datacenter maintenance, Network management, Desktop support in a hybrid environment.
- Having strong knowledge of systems and networking, software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Having experience in Network devices like Routers, Switches, Firewall configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
- Having ability to troubleshoot with flexibility and success across varying technology platforms such as PC, MAC, iOS, Android, BYOD, printers, scanners, meeting room equipment etc.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Perform software and hardware configuration across diverse platforms.
- Should be well versed with using and managing different online portals and can give training to team members for these portals.
- Can communicate and manage effectively our international clients and globally dispersed teams.
- Can build relationships with external teams and resources.
- Establish trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality for all activities/tasks.
- Must be knowledgeable in using blogs and other social networking sites.
