Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Officer to identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad. The candidate will generate quality leads through multiple channels, maintain a database of potential students, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Generate prospective student leads through cold calling, telemarketing, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media, online platforms, referrals, and other outreach methods.
Identify potential students interested in study abroad opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to introduce study abroad services and assess students' interest.
Collect and maintain accurate information regarding students' academic backgrounds, preferred destinations, and study plans.
Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales and admissions team.
Maintain and update lead databases, and daily lead generation reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct cold calls and communicate effectively with prospective students.
Basic understanding of lead generation, sales, and customer outreach techniques.
Familiarity with Excel and online communication tools is an advantage.
Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or the study abroad industry will be preferred.
Target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
