Job Title: Platform Operations Coordinator Company: Legal Lens Solutions Location: Remote (Pakistan) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PST) Salary: PKR 35,000/month (Fixed Base) + Uncapped Target-Based Bonuses

Role Overview: Legal Lens Solutions is a fast-growing UK-based platform connecting global clients with verified legal and property professionals. We are rapidly expanding our network and seeking a highly energetic candidate with a strong command of the English language to help grow our Partner Network in the UK and Pakistan. If you have excellent communication skills and want to earn top commissions by achieving targets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding: Contact law firms and property experts in the UK and Pakistan to successfully onboard them into our network.
Client Intake: Handle incoming client inquiries, gather basic details, and efficiently route them to the relevant partner.
Monthly Targets: Consistently meet monthly onboarding goals and submit a weekly progress report every Saturday.

Requirements:

Exceptional English: Written and verbal communication must be highly proficient for professional interactions with UK solicitors.
Confident Communicator: Must possess strong B2B networking, relationship-building, and convincing skills.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven to hit performance targets and earn additional uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities

Manage daily service requests and provide timely user support to ensure platform efficiency.
Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational workflows.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track client interactions and sales opportunities.
Analyze operational data to generate insightful reports that inform decision-making and process improvements.
Communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based clients to foster strong relationships and address inquiries effectively.
Support B2B sales and business development initiatives by assisting with client engagement and follow-up tasks.
Adhere to remote working schedules from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST while meeting performance targets.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform operations and customer satisfaction through process feedback.
Operate within a target-based commission structure coupled with a base salary to drive personal and company success.
