Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s business goals and objectives. Identify and prioritize technological initiatives to enhance the iGaming platform\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s performance, user experience, and competitive edge.

Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership to the technology team, including software engineers, architects, data scientists, and IT professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Platform Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the iGaming platform, including front-end interfaces, back-end systems, databases, and APIs. Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and capable of handling high volumes of traffic and transactions.

Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the iGaming industry, such as blockchain, AI, virtual reality, and mobile gaming. Evaluate their potential impact on the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s operations and develop strategies for adoption where applicable.

Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect customer data, financial transactions, and gaming integrity. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as gaming licenses, data protection laws, and industry standards.

Infrastructure Management: Manage the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols. Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners, and third-party service providers to enhance the iGaming platform\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s capabilities and efficiency. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure vendor compliance.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s operations, reputation, or financial performance. Develop contingency plans and disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to gain insights into customer behavior, gaming trends, and operational efficiency. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize product features, marketing campaigns, and revenue generation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s or Master\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in software development, IT management, and technology leadership roles, preferably in the iGaming industory.
Strong technical expertise in web development, mobile apps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management.
Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and driving innovation.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and data protection principles relevant to the iGaming sector.
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and digital transformation strategies
