ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for utilizing different channels to search for potential candidates, source passive and active candidates, and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. They will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with qualified talent. This role is for someone who is people-oriented and interested in building a long-term career path in recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc)
  • Conduct outreach to qualified candidates via email
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and determine position prerequisites and recruitment strategies
  • Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing strategies and platforms (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
  • Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Correspond with candidates in the ATS database to discuss available job openings.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed (content writing, employee recognition initiatives, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ year of experience
  • Impeccable English written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuous learning attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic; ability to go above and beyond basic expectations.
  • Previous experience in writing, editing, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Bristish or international clients is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day, 40.5 hours/week (UK Standard Time)
