Lumen Solutions Pakistan is looking for an energetic Technical Recruiter to join our International Recruitment Team and look after the full-cycle recruitment.
Majorly it includes the candidate sourcing, technical screening, shortlisting and arranging internal and client interviews.
Major Requirements:
- 1 – 4 years of experience in technical recruiting in a consulting or recruiting agency.
- Knowledge of recruiting IT professionals including but not limited to Software Engineers (Angular, BigData, BI, Agile, Scrum), Network Engineers, Technical PM, Business Analyst, QA Analyst and SharePoint Developers.
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing and hiring experienced professionals per client requirements.
- Possess technical and Behavioral screening skills. Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment goals in a fast passed environment.
- Hard working, quick learner, loves technologies and always looking for challenges. Have overseas culture and work experience.
- Must be comfortable to work in USA timings.
- Team player, able to work with minimal direction and be responsible/accountable for the assigned work.
