Position Purpose:
Being the contact person for Finance, HR & Marketing offices; get the requirements fulfilled or to connect the internal/external customers to the relevant person.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication: Receiving all inward communications on centralized helpdesk via e-mail, portal, phone, internal memo and postal mail, responding to the communication, coordinating and/or directing to the relevant persons in Finance, HR & Marketing. Greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
- Management: Understanding the needs and queries of customers and resolving them. Acting as the first point of contact for all queries. Following up with responsible persons within Finance, HR & Marketing regarding timely delivery of solution. Updating status to internal/external clients. Following office workflow to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Administrative: Controlling usage of common spaces and meeting rooms. Scheduling bookings and appointments. Controlling access to the departments. Supporting teams with administrative tasks.
- Business hours often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules.
