The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Note : This is a inbound/outbound project which would not require cold calling or reaching out to unwanted prospects you will be working on the leads captured through marketing.
Base Salary : 50k + Commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and queries.
- Expert level in English proficiency (Preferred American accent).
- Set appointment for sales team when lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails with potential prospects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education Intermediate/A-Level Degree Title FSC / ICS / I.Com / Equivalent Career Level Intermediate
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in Night Shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work What makes you Stand out.
- Prior experience with CRM software's like Sales force or VinSolutions Connect.
- Tech-Savvy.
