Sales Officer

Mahmood Sons Poultry Farm, a well-established leader in the agriculture and poultry industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join the Khaas Eggs brand team. This role focuses on expanding egg sales through wholesale, retail, and institutional channels within the Islamabad and Rawalpindi territories. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, poultry, dairy, or food sectors, and a sound understanding of the local market.

This position requires someone who thrives in a field sales environment, is comfortable working early morning hours, can handle targets effectively, and is adept at managing customer relationships to drive business growth without team management duties. The Sales Officer will act as a vital link between the companys farm and logistics operations and its customers to ensure smooth order coordination, timely deliveries, and payments to maintain financial health.

Candidates should be prepared to engage with a diverse customer base including egg dealers, retailers, supermarkets, and foodservice establishments. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Urdu, with a working knowledge of English, are essential.

Candidates must possess their own motorcycle and a valid driving license for market visits. Basic proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel is necessary for daily reporting and communication.

Responsibilities
Generate and close sales deals with a variety of customers such as egg dealers, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, hotels, and restaurants within the assigned territories
