Mail Talent is seeking an experienced Draftsman specializing in Civil and MEP disciplines to join a dynamic team supporting GCC-based construction and engineering projects remotely from Pakistan. The position involves creating detailed construction drawings, technical detailing, and shop drawings aligned with building codes and standards crucial for successful project completion. The ideal candidate has over five years of hands-on experience in architectural, civil, or MEP drafting and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and related BIM software. As a Draftsman, you will be part of a professional environment emphasizing long-term collaboration and growth. The position includes managing a team of 20 persons, coordinating closely with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance. You contribute to survey data integration, 3D modeling, and design coordination using advanced tools such as Navisworks. Responsibilities

Develop precise and comprehensive construction and shop drawings for civil and MEP projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create technical detailing and ensure adherence to building codes and standards relevant to GCC projects.
Integrate survey data and alignment design efficiently into project models to maintain design accuracy.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to coordinate MEP design elements, resolve conflicts, and optimize system layouts.
Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) software tools including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and Navisworks to enhance design precision and project visualization.
Manage and guide a team of 20 draftsmen, providing technical guidance, task assignments, and quality control to meet project deliverables.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders by preparing project documentation and reports in good written English.
Review and update drawings regularly to reflect design changes and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on drafting processes and implementing best practices within the team.
Ensure registered and compliant employment practices while managing the team's operational activities under company policies.
Contribute to a structured, professional work environment focused on long-term projects and client satisfaction.
Assist in portfolio development and presentation to support project acquisition and client communications.
