Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of call center agents and ensure they are meeting performance & sales targets and customer service standards
- Business development to get more clients on board
- Monitor call center metrics especially Sales Targets
- Analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of call center agents
- Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among call center staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center agents
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that call center operations are integrated with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in call center management in the BPO industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with call center technologies such as ACD, IVR, CRM and workforce management systems
- Managing & arranging DDV
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Office Timings:UK/USA time zone
