Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25 members, ensuring clear communication and effective task delegation.
Implement and monitor safety compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline teams to facilitate information flow and resolve operational issues.
Evaluate and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce delays.
Conduct regular team meetings to update staff on goals, objectives, and any changes in procedures or policies.
Identify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and skills development.
Monitor workforce performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Manage resource allocation and scheduling to maximize team efficiency and meet operational demands.
Prepare reports on operational metrics and present findings to upper management.
