Management Trainee Officer - Sales

This role offers practical training and hands-on experience within the Sales Department, providing an opportunity to understand corporate culture, policies, and operational procedures. The trainee will support various assignments, assist the line manager with tasks, and contribute to preparing presentations and reports. Additionally, the position encourages innovative thinking to improve system processes and involves active participation in training sessions and activities. The candidate will also be expected to perform any additional duties as assigned by management, gaining valuable exposure to the sales function.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Department in daily assignments and projects as directed by the line manager.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to assist in departmental activities.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing system processes.
- Participate actively in training sessions and related activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and other organizational programs.
- Perform any additional tasks or assignments assigned by management to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- MBA or BBA in Marketing or any other relevant business discipline.
- Maximum age limit of 26 years.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 on the academic scale.
