This role involves managing the day-to-day execution and successful delivery of digital transformation projects and programs under PDA's mandate. The focus is on ensuring that digital solutions are implemented within the agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The position requires hands-on experience in delivering technology-enabled solutions, coordinating between technical and business teams, managing delivery risks, and collaborating with government and other implementation stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Translate program objectives and sector-specific requirements into actionable workstreams, tasks, and measurable deliverables. Facilitate sprint reviews, delivery meetings, milestone reviews, and implementation workshops as needed. Monitor progress against approved plans, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, change requests, and decision records. Coordinate user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, training, stakeholder onboarding, and solution adoption activities. Support government stakeholder engagement by coordinating with ministries, departments, and implementing agencies. Oversee vendor deliverables, contractual milestones, and ensure implementation quality. Prepare progress dashboards, management reports, meeting briefs, and escalation notes. Ensure all delivery documentation, approvals, and project records comply with PDA’s governance and reporting standards. Assist with budget monitoring, procurement coordination, and project closure activities.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in project or program management, with substantial hands-on involvement in delivering digital or technology-enabled solutions. Proven experience managing digital solution implementations from planning through deployment and operational transition is required. Experience working in government digital transformation initiatives, public-sector IT programs, or complex multi-stakeholder environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with coordinating software development, systems integration, platform implementation, or digital service delivery teams is important. Experience collaborating with external vendors, technical delivery teams, and business stakeholders is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Strong skills in project planning, execution, scheduling, and milestone management are critical. A practical understanding of software development and digital solution implementation lifecycles is required. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies is expected. Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in risk, issue, dependency, and change management. The ability to effectively coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and delivery reporting software is required.
