We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Construction / Projects to oversee and lead construction and project activities from initial planning through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute construction and development projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely and efficient progress.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Review and monitor Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings, specifications, estimates, and project requirements.
- Track project costs, material consumption, and contractor performance to maintain budget control.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including evaluating work progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants when required to facilitate project execution.
- Support management in project feasibility studies, planning, costing, and technical decision-making.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, and oversee project completion and hand-over procedures.
- Perform any additional project-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.) from a recognized university or institution.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
- Strong background in industrial construction, civil works, project execution, and contractor management is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of project planning, estimation, BOQs, construction drawings, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management and planning software is an advantage.
