Manager-IT

Level3 BOS is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, technical operations, and support functions during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership skills and hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments. This role requires ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining infrastructure reliability, enhancing network security, and leading the IT team to provide efficient technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the IT support team to ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure management, system administration, and service delivery.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and user access permissions.
- Administer Windows Server environments, VMware, Hyper-V, VDI, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and network security.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, security controls, threat detection, risk management, and incident response procedures.
- Ensure system availability, data protection, backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, infrastructure policies, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee IT procurement, budgeting, vendor coordination, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Train, guide, and mentor IT team members to ensure effective team performance.
- Coordinate with management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement appropriate technology solutions.
- Provide technical escalation support and after-hours assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
- Minimum of 2 years in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
- Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience managing virtualization, cloud environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and network security.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT risk management, system monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Previous experience managing IT teams, helpdesk operations, and technical support functions.
- Experience working in corporate offices, BPOs, back-office operations, or multinational organizations is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, especially when interacting with international teams.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated IT team management experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Experience managing IT infrastructure in corporate or back-office environments is highly valued.

The position offers a competitive salary package of up to PKR 160,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise. Additional benefits include an annual bonus, family medical insurance, paid annual leave, and public holidays.

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday
