· Assist in the development of all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans.
· Responsible to manage all marketing executions in IMT’S & LMT’S concerning trade and consumer promos and manage the team of BA’S.
· Acting as a bridge between the sales & marketing team regarding campaigns and offers to drive both teams on one platform.
· Researching, analyzing and summarizing marketing, competitors & consumer trends and share the best practices & local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
· Liaising with brand ambassadors to supervise marketing activities.
· Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team.
· Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
· Responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.
· Coordinate with the sales team to gather POS and BTL related requirements and plan activities accordingly.
· Execute together Go-To-Market strategies, trade marketing initiatives and measure the success of implementation in terms of project ROI
· Execute, measure and evaluate Trade & consumer promo’s effectiveness
· Compiling competitor's data by distinguishing their product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising and comparing the results with the actions taken by the marketing department.
· Responsible for trade shows and other sales and trade-oriented events together
· Support the marketing department in day to day functions.
· Daily market visits are required as assigned by the brand manager.
· Manage PR activities of the brand as assigned by the brand manager.
· Visiting and educating retailers, distributors, and vendors on the products’ particularities.
· Ensuring that the product or service is in perfect condition for demonstration.
· Coordinate with vendors and manage on-time executions of all marketing events and activations and keep vendors record updated.
