Marketing Manager

Lakhani Group of Companies, a prominent player in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing efforts for its diverse real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing project visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with sales and management teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee a creative team comprising a Video Editor, Social Media Executive, Content Creator, and Graphic Designer, ensuring all marketing communications uphold the company’s professional brand image.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all marketing activities related to Lakhani Group and its real estate developments, including flagship projects such as Lakhani Park Vista (LPV) and upcoming ventures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, project promotion, lead generation, and sales support.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the marketing team to produce high-quality content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly marketing and social media calendars to maintain consistent and engaging communication.
- Oversee social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.
- Coordinate the creation of diverse marketing materials such as posts, reels, videos, property walkthroughs, and corporate promotions.
- Supervise the work of creative team members, reviewing and refining content to meet brand standards.
- Develop creative concepts, captions, campaign content, and promotional materials tailored to the real estate market.
- Manage photography, videography, and video editing processes to support marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns, monitoring their performance and optimizing results.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Support project launches, property events, exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years of proven marketing experience specifically within the real estate or property development sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of real estate marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, social media management, content creation, branding, and lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a creative marketing team effectively.
- Skilled in developing engaging property-related content, including campaigns, reels, and promotional materials.

Location and Work Hours

The position is based in Scheme 33, Karachi, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This role requires in-person attendance at the office.
