Follow-up with panel and insurance companies to collect outstanding accounts for which payment has not been received.
Identify problem issues on outstanding panel/patient accounts.
Will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Reconciliation with Finance department.
- Basic knowledge of IPD and OPD.
- Preparing of monthly recovery reports
- Reconcile invoices to expedite the payment of past due invoices
